There’s an old rock song about The Cisco Kid, a drinking, shooting outlaw. We are happy to report that this Cisco does not measure up to that standard! Our Cisco is a medium-to-large brown tabby with some white. He has an old injury to his left back leg, so there’s some decreased range of motion there, and he does have a greater possibility of arthritis in that area. He is FIV+, so he’s one of our Special Needs cats.
His name notwithstanding, Cisco is very shy with us right now. He can be petted but will sometimes hiss when you go to pet him. Like many cats in new situations, he cannot understand what has happened, so he’s quite spooked. But, we believe he’ll come out of his shell once he understands he has nothing to fear from us. Our best guess is that he was born in late summer, 2004.
We’re hoping that the right person or family will come through our doors and give Cisco a loving, “forever” home. Could that be you?
