Ireland was a country I have always wanted to visit. They have that whole “Emerald Isle” thing going for them, not to mention that two of my favorite bands are Irish (Stiff Little Fingers and the Cranberries).
But, now I’m rethinking my position.
The awesome Kate of the excellent Modern Cat has joined up with the gifted Ree-Yong on behalf of the Tabby’s Place kitties, and there’s even a special something in it for our favorite human beans.
Albert Schweitzer (1875-1965) was a French-German theologian, physician, philosopher and musician - and, in my opinion, a uniquely loving human being. A little over a week ago, I had the opportunity to attend the sixth annual Pennsylvania Bar Institute Animal Law Conference in Philadelphia.
That means that lawyers all over the Keystone State are devoting their time, gifts and love to thinking about and working for needy animals. Heaven knows the cats (and dogs, and eared sea lions) could use a good advocate. All of this gives me tremendous encouragement.
…because Brock University in Ontario proudly announced that they’ve successfully refined a methodology “to allow for a human taste panel to profile the flavour and texture of a range of cat food products (CFP) and their component parts. ”
Mmm mmm good. I wonder what “successfully” means here?
