Mea culpa. Mea culpa!
I know you know. And you know that I know you know: our blog postings have been less frequent since the “holiday season” hit. But there’s good and furry news in all that.
It’s for exclusively excellent reasons that we human beans are going at a blazing pace through the end of the year. As People of Awesomeness around the world fill our cats’ stockings with generosity, I’m the lucky girl that gets to thank ‘em and love on ‘em (and send out all those Virtual Gift Basket cards). But with all that making-merry to do, there’s a wee bit less time for one of my favorite things…hugging Webster. No, actually I’d never cut back on that. There’s less time, however, for penning the ramblings of the insane blogging.
But it ain’t right to leave the Felis Catus family hanging, so Webster and I have come up with a between-blogs snack to tide you over. Consider it a whiskered Advent calendar of sorts. Between “real” posts, we’ll be treating you to gratuitous cat pictures of random, awesome, randomly awesome Tabby’s Place cats.
Who am I kidding? Gratuitous cat pictures are the most real posts going.
So, to get things started, I present you with the fella who first found his fame right here. He needs no introduction.

Bialy! So cute! He’s so silky, playful and seems so normal now, a lot less wobbly but he still does fall down every now and then.
Oh my goodness! He is getting so big! What a cutie.
And Webster too! He looks so harmless in that new picture!
Angela, I am glad that the generosity has you going extra hard, but i’m sure that Webster is a big help to you. I met Bialy during my November visit and I must say he wasen’t the quiet resting cat at that time. I also must say that I thought of you for another reason on December 1st, that was when I turned the Tabby’s Place calander to December and looked at the picture.
I did too, and even emailed Angela. I miss sweet Grady!
I still think about Grady often.
Thank you, CCL…I’d forgotten that we made our boy the face of December, so when I turned the page it knocked the wind out of me. The fierceness of the ache has softened with time, but this side of heaven it won’t go away. Thank you for holding our Grady in your heart too.
Aw, Bialy…I just love that black fuzzball of energy. I’ll take all the gratuitous photos of him you can snap. And that goes for Mr. Webster, too.
Ahhhh……..pictures of two of my most favorite people….err cats!!! Kisses to both Bialy and the Webbed One!!
BIALY!!!!!!!!
Always a crowd favorite!!
And of course, handsome Webster. Here’s hoping we see a variety of kitty pictures during this holiday season!!
That makes two of us, Fred. Actually, that makes a lot of us…which touches my heart. I miss Grady every day.
Ditto…big-time, Kathryn.
