If you’re walking the halls of Tabby’s Place and hear a cat screaming, it’s probably Bounty.
Bounty is a screamer. She will yell to her heart’s content if she thinks there is someone nearby who isn’t paying attention to her. “PET ME! LOVE ME! TAKE ME HOME!” she shouts! We won’t blame her for her loudness, however, as Bounty just can’t hear how boisterous she’s being.
Most all white cats with blue eyes are deaf and Bounty is one of those cats. She came to us from the country of Lebanon, as her previous rescue hoped that she would have better luck finding a wonderful home in the US.
Bounty loves people and wants all of your attention. She loves some nice butt scratches and likes to wag her head as you get “the spot.” She sometimes gives people who are petting him some gentle nips, so she might not be the best fit for a household with small children. Nonetheless, she would make a great companion for the right family. Her “weirdness” doesn’t take away from her sweetness.
