In October of 2017, Anemone and her siblings arrived at Tabby’s Place in dire need of medical attention. These tiny tots were weak, sick, and on the brink of no return. Sadly, Anemone’s siblings Shrimp and Barnacle crossed the rainbow bridge, but with round the clock care from our vet staff and a dedicated foster family, Anemone and her remaining littermates were able to flourish.
Despite her difficult first few weeks, we had high hopes for Anemone finding a wonderful home – and she did! For the first few years of her life, Anemone was a happy little housecat. Unfortunately, her luck would turn again, and Anemone was returned to us.
Anemone is a sweet and social girl who has lots of energy. She loves to be involved in whatever you’re doing and wants to shower you with love. Her only dislike, however, is other cats. While she is not aggressive towards other felines, she would treasure the opportunity to be your One and Only.
While she dislikes cats, the same cannot be said about people. Anemone is friendly, social, and all around a nice cat. She’s still a little nervous due to her recent change in circumstances and the fact that she’s suddenly in a suite with other cats, but we know that this sweet girl just needs the right family.
