Beautiful Pitzel is a tortoiseshell with especially pretty markings. Half of her right front paw is orange, she has a good deal of orange on her back legs, and her black nose appears neatly divided in half by an orange line. Of course, she also has orange patches scattered throughout the rest of her coat, too. While most torties have either dark orange or dilute orange patches, Pitzel has both!

Our Pitzel is medium-size, with expressive green eyes. Though very friendly with people, she only tolerates other cats; for this reason, we recommend she go to a home with few or no other cats. We know that Pitzel is about 13 years old (as of 6/1996).

Pitzel has some history of inappropriate elimination. We don't know for how long this was happening, or how serious the situation was. While Pitzel has been excellent about using her litter box here, it's something to be aware of as we cannot predict if this behavior would continue to a new home.
