Tara was surrendered to a shelter because her previous owner could no longer afford to care for her, a situation all too common these days. Luckily, a space opened up here, and we were pleased to be able to take her. She's a gentle, good-natured girl who really does seem to like people, although she can be a bit on the shy side at times. An added plus: Tara seems very comfortable around other cats.
